before you begin, here is Everything you need to know

First time client’s Special:

You will receive a 75 minutes discovery session and fitness screening for only $50. We will discuss your goals, fitness history, injuries and afterwards we will move!  I will guide you through a series of movements and exercises to evaluate your range of motion (of the hips and spine in flexion and extension), flexibility, posture and strength. 

Your first consultation ‘Discovery Fitness Screening’

The first consultation allows us to assess your movement patterns and asymmetries to create a movement program that best fits your individual physical needs and goals. This initial screening session can be virtual or in person. It also introduces you to become comfortable with the various equipment used in the center as well as act as a base from which we can help you gain confidence to work with your body and plan to observe progress. Your Initial consultation will become the basis of your Pilates/dance movement/training practice and you will be given personalised one-on-one attention from your instructor during this 60 minute session. The consultation consists of a postural assessment, needs and goals as well as a thorough body movement experience utilising pilates equipment at the studio or some props available to you at your home.

 

Before Your First Class/Session

Feel free to give us a call or send an email to discuss any questions or problems you may have either about your concerns with exercise, our sessions or what services to book into. We want you to feel comfortable before you begin any privates or small group sessions. We value the relationships we build with our clients, so call, email, and ask away – it is our pleasure to help! All sessions must be booked prior to meeting with an instructor. Once you are all booked in for a virtual or a physical class please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can get comfortable in your space or our space. Please feel free to ask questions so that we can help you in the best way possible.

 

What To Wear

Comfortable clothing to move freely. Whether you take class online or in person please have your hair up in a ponytail and off your face. Wear socks to all your physical classes.

Bookings and Waitlist

Feel free to book online through our web page or on your mobile device. We are also available by phone or email if you would prefer us to help you. If a class is already booked you can join the waitlist and receive an email & text message once you’re placed in class.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

You can freely cancel, without charge, up to 12 hours before a session starts online or in studio practice. If you cancel less than the 12 hours prior to the session start time, you will be charged the full fee for that session.
